I had been looking for a place where I might further
my education for a number of years. I came to an open house to learn
more about the seminary and was told about a course called Lifestyle
Evangelism and Discipleship. That has been the focus of the work that I
have been doing as a missionary and Christian teacher. I believe that I
have now become part of a new family at the seminary. It has an
important role in my life, the life of my family, and our community. I’m
not just taking classes, but am enjoying the whole ministry of the
seminary. My faith has been strengthened.

The Seminary has impacted my life by providing a
sound biblical education within a loving and nurturing environment.
Earning my Master of Christian Studies has fulfilled a life long
educational goal and, more importantly, has taught me the value of
loving and serving God and others with humility and gratitude. My time
at the Seminary has been life-changing and truly defining in terms of
personal and spiritual growth. Christine

I have been impressed by the empathy, attitudes, and
methodology of those affiliated with SLTS. I expect that my continued
experience with these individuals will continue to shape and develop my
approach to Christian spirituality and ministry. I believe the new
intercultural studies program has the ability to educate and shape
myself and others, equipping us educationally to apply the insights of
cross-cultural missions both overseas and in the "Samaria" of Utah and
the greater U.S.

I decided to sit in on Professor Wakefield’s class
and was excited about the class and information presented. His teaching
style, heart, knowledge, and experience were phenomenal. I was a sponge
absorbing as much information as possible. I am convinced that SLTS is
the place where I am supposed to be working toward my MDiv. I expect my
relationship and knowledge in Christ to grow to new levels. I know that
I will be given new tools that will enable me to lead people toward
Christ.
