Salt Lake Theological Seminary Approved to Admit
International Students
SALT LAKE CITY, November 10,
2004 – Salt Lake Theological Seminary today announced that
the school has been approved by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE) and the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) to accept
international students.
Students can now be admitted into the Master of Arts and Master of
Divinity degree programs as F-1, nonimmigrant student and exchange
visitors for the duration of their program of study. SEVP requires that
students maintain full-time student status and be able to give evidence
of sufficient financial resources or support to complete their program.
In addition, the seminary requires prospective students to demonstrate
proficiency in the English language by successfully completing The Test
of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and the Test of Written English
(TWE). Other requirements may also apply.
International students interested in applying to the seminary should

admissions@slts.edu.
