Orders for Grounded are now being handled by the ministry of the Western Institute for Intercultural Studies (WIIS).  Once you place your order using this form it will be sent to WIIS staff to process.  As for payment for these resources you can mail a check to the below address or you can click the Donation button at www.wiics.org to make a payment online using a credit card through PayPal.

Materials will not be shipped until payment is received.
