Dollars for Scholars

Corporate, business and individual participation in the Seventh Annual Dollars for Scholars Golf Classic will help raise scholarship funds for students enrolled in our graduate programs.  Student and staff volunteers will be on hand to serve refreshments, assist you in any way, and answer questions about the school.

Net proceeds from this tournament will be used to provide scholarships for students of Salt Lake Theological Seminary

Playing Golfer Entry $250*

You may register and pay as a foursome, or individual golfers may register and they will be placed in a foursome.

Entry Fee Covers:

  • One round of golf and golf cart rental at the exclusive Jeremy Golf & Country Club

  • Use of driving range

  • Dinner after the event

  • Gift certificates

  • Chance to win prizes

Early-bird discount of 10% for foursomes that are fully paid up by May 15th

*The amount of charitable donation is $150 per golfer.  This amount is eligible to be matched by Thrivent Financial if you are a member or if your company has a matching plan.  Please let us know if you are a Thrivent member so that we can be sure to have the proper forms available.

Congregational Challenge

Congregations are encouraged to field one or more teams which will compete for a traveling trophy, awarded annually to the winning church.  Teams can consist of church members and friends of the congregation.  No more than one single-digit handicapped player may compete on a team.  Early-bird discount applies.
